Maker's Name: Maurizio Tadioli Place of Birth: Cremona Date of Birth: 1967 Workshop location: Cortetano (Province of Cremona) Education: Graduated Cremona School, 1985 Mr. Musafia's note: One of the teachers at the violinmaking school, Maurizio presents work that is satisfying in every way: acoustics, models, finishing, varnish, et. al. Combine this with the genuine modesty of the maker and you have a combination that is truly winning. The instruments that I have seen from Maurizio have all been antiqued, and the antiquing is towards the heavy side. Maurizio makes instrument to be appreciated by musicians, and dealers alike.
